Sitting in the living room learning to create the Wonderland website, Mom became antsy, stood up, and began leaving the room. When we asked her to stay, she stated, rather forcefully, “I’ve had enough of this!”

“It’s nice when you’re old”
Sometime in 2016 on one of our trips home to see Mom and Dad, we all went for a walk up to elementary school nearby, and were swinging in the swings. Mom piped up “It’s nice when you’re old enough to do what you feel like and don’t care what other people might think.” True words of wisdom !
“Sleep Over Good-Byes”
When Jaime, Jeff and Tonja were leaving 206, they went into Mom and Dad’s bedroom to say goodbye to them, as they were still in bed.
Mom said to Jeff in a slightly aggravated tone; “What are you doing ?!?! We’re trying to get some sleep !!!”
As the 3 kids left the room, Jeff said “Whatever happened to waving goodbye in the driveway ?”
“What happened to you ?”
Jeff to Mom: “That’s me. I’m your son. This is a picture of me when I was a bit younger.”
Mom looks at the picture, then looks at Jeff and says in an incredulous tone, “What happened to you ?!!!”
“Sleepy Mom”
3-5-17 Jaime to Mom: “I’m leaving now. Driving back home to CT. I love you.”
Mom’s response to Jaime: “Oh good. Now I can finally go to bed.”
